Pacrim Hospitality Services Inc. Partners with Holiday Development State Park LLC in a Multi-Unit Development in Orange Beach, Alabama, USA

Bedford, Nova Scotia June 24, 2015 - Pacrim Hospitality Services Inc. (PHSI) is delighted to announce a multi-unit development situated on 10 acres of land on the north side of Alabama State Route 182 which serves as the primary east-west connection along the Alabama shoreline of the Gulf of Mexico between Gulf Shores and Orange Beach in Baldwin County.

The development plans include a four-story, 63-suite Hotel Indigo® with 103,733 retail space; a 6,729-square-foot Ron Jon Surf Shop® retail store; and two restaurants at approximately 7,900 square feet each.

About the Ron Jon Surf Shop® (www.ronjonsurfshop.com): Ron DiMenna founded the Ron Jon company in 1959, and the first Ron Jon Surf Shop opened in 1961 on the New Jersey shore at Long Beach Island. In the mid-'60s DiMenna established the "One-of-a-Kind" store in Cocoa Beach. That surf shop is now known as the world's largest at 52,000 square feet. Clothing dominates the store that also showcases surfboards, skimboards, skateboards and beach accessories.

The Hotel Indigo Orange Beach is owned by Holiday Development State Park LLC and will be managed by PHSI. The hotel was designed by architecture firm Forrest Daniell & Associates, P.C., with the interior design led by ai3.
